Creating a Trial

To create a trial is just as simple as:
  1. Go to Products
  2. Click Create Product
  3. Enable Trial Period
  4. Set Days of Trial (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days)
That’s it! Customers will now get the specified trial period before their first payment.

How Trials Work

  • During the trial period, customers have full access to the product
  • No payment is collected until the trial ends
  • Customers can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
  • After the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins and the customer is charged
